Kisaakye Community Empowerment Foundation (KCEF) is a dedicated local initiative focused on implementing community development projects with the active involvement of community members. Remarkably, 95% of all donations received by KCEF Uganda are allocated directly to service delivery, ensuring that the majority of funds are used effectively to benefit the community. Only 5% is directed towards Project delivery line (PDI), reflecting our commitment to transparency and efficiency.

By empowering local residents to participate in the decision-making process, KCEF fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility within the community, leading to sustainable development and positive change.
